This workout will be separated into 3 sections. We’ll start with some intervals to warm up the body and loosen up the hamstrings and shoulders. That will be followed with some strength/cardio using one side at a time. I love the combination of slow and squeezy and explosive quickness within the same exercise combination, so we’ll be doing some of that here.
