Get Fit with Sensei Nick

Today’s video is a 25-minute workout focusing on building strength and mobility in our adductors and core. We’ll be working on strengthening the inside of our leg from ankle to hip abs, because of that we’ll be doing some stretching for the outside of our leg and hip too. This routine is awesome for anyone with tight hips or lower back. The adductors play a huge role in our posture and how we move on a day to day. As I wrote this, the day after filming, I am definitely a little tender through my inner thighs so feel free to let me know if you feel it too the next day.
