Get Fit with Sensei Nick

Today’s video is a 35 minute sweaty and intense full body workout. I designed each sequence with the goal of moving our bodies in as many ways as possible while using the same muscle groups consecutively to either create a deeper burn and stimulation on that area or to give the area a solid stretch to increase range of motion and contractions for the subsequent movement. In short, it’s a workout full of supersets to keep our brain sharp and fully exhaust each area of our body.
