Mark your calendars for our annual Black Belt Grad Ceremony which will take place on Saturday December 9th at 3:00pm. Please join us and invite your family and friends to the Nepean Sportsplex
Our Kick Start Membership includes two classes and a new uniform for $19.95. It is valid for anyone aged 4 through adult.
Experience our Fitness Kickboxing First Class Membership with a 1-Class Pass for just $10.00. This exclusive offer is available at our Douvris Bank Street fitness training facility.
