Spartan Training Program

Push your limits, learn a new skill and transform your mind and body with this intensive fitness program led by our passionate and motivating trainer, Nick Douvris. A combination of weight training, stretching and kickboxing techniques each session will challenge you in a new way.

With Nick to light a fire under you and a group of like-minded individuals to support you, each session will leave you feeling extra inspired. Increase your muscle tone, strength, flexibility and balance. With a team behind you to help you reach your goals, anything is possible.

Whether you are looking to improve your current fitness level, stay in shape, lose weight, or you just need a new and exciting way to move your body, this program is the perfect start. Commit to getting fit every TuesdayWednesday, and Thursday from 10 am to 11 am starting January 8th!


  • Next session on January 8 and runs for 6 weeks!
  • Sessions will be 1 hour on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday mornings
  • Start time is 10 AM
  • Max 10 people per session
  • Cost: $299 non-members; $149 Douvris Members!
  • Offer expires January 4, 2019
  • Boxing gloves are needed and can be purchased or borrowed on site
