Today’s workout will be a 35 minute total body session for strength and mobility that will leave you dripping by the end. There will be 3 total circuits consisting of 6, 4 and 5 exercise combinations. We’ll be focusing on building strength and mobility from the ground up and these are my favourite types of workouts for losing weight because not only are we building strength and mobility, but also coordination with every part of our bodies. The more skill we have in moving our bodies, the more exercises and activities become available to us and the more fun we have in performing those exercises and activities as well.
