Hey folks! Today’s video is a little bit of a treat. We’re going to be doing my (current) morning stretch routine. Depending on how long you enjoy holding each stretch, it’ll take about 15 minutes and can even be done in the comfort of your bed.

I’m going to briefly just say that when doing a morning stretch routine I prefer to focus on my hamstrings, adductors, lower back and chest. The feeling of opening and lengthening my body gives me a nice boost and sets the tone for the day. Conversely, when doing a night time stretch, I prefer to focus on and finish with abductors (outer glutes) and shoulders and back. This always puts me out like a light for the best sleep and I’ll put one of those up for you shortly.
