Hello Douvris Community and Family,
We are very excited that Ontario will allow non-essential businesses to re-open starting next week. We are preparing to re-open for in-person classes as of next Tuesday, February 16th. We will keep you updated if anything changes. There will be no zoom classes on February 15th for Family day.
Karate students will resume bubble groups of 10 or less. If you are unsure of what group you are in please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Total Body Training members can now start reserving their classes on Rhinofit. We encourage you to book your 3 classes in advanced to ensure you get into the classes you prefer. However, we ask that you cancel reservations you can not make it too with enough time for your fellow students to take your spot and enjoy the class.
We are encouraging students to wear their masks while they are training in the dojo. Masks are mandatory in all common spaces. We ask that parents drop off and pick-up students when possible to avoid crowding in the lounge area. If you are feeling unwell or answer yes to any of the COVID-19 pre-screening questions posted on the door of the dojo, please stay home and contact Ottawa Public Health for details on what you should be doing to keep yourself and your community safe.
We are excited to return to in person classes and as a community we will be taking all Public Health measures to keep our communities and families safe. We look forward to seeing you back in the dojo. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 613-234-5000.
Schedule effective on February 16, 2021
